We possess an excellent knowledge of our area and pride ourselves on providing a high level of customer 
care.  Below is a brief summary of who we are.

Dean R. Warriner F.N.A.E.A.
 
Dean has approaching 23 years Estate Agency experience and, prior to establishing Warriner’s in 2003, served as a senior manager running successful offices for 2 of the areas most established independent Estate Agents. Dean is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and specialises in residential agency but also has experience and a wide knowledge of the commercial sales and lettings market.

Dean has been married to Lisa for 23 years and they have three children, Anneliese (17), Adam (13) and Kieran (9).
Lisa Warriner 
 
Lisa has many years experience as a secretary and in her early career worked as a head of department and PA to the managing director of a large International Ltd company. In later years Lisa joined an independent firm of Estate Agents before becoming a full time mother. Lisa presently works as an accounts administrator and Secretary/Negotiator. 
Llinos Williams 
 
Llinos is a fluent Welsh speaker and prior to joining Warriner’s in 2003, worked for a local independent Estate Agent, Llinos is employed as a Senior Secretary/Office Manager.
